Chase Pay is a virtual wallet that helps Chase customers save time at the register and provide a secure way to pay. Visuals for unreleased work are confidential, but one of the key aspects of this project was my team’s hyper-focus on communication.
Because of our audience’s diversity and scale, we thought about accessibility standards even as early as initial sketching to ensure that every screen functioned for its intended purpose.
Business and customer needs are always a starting point for defining a UX challenge. But besides these constraints, we used context to guide how to maximize this mobile platform, always looking for key moments of interaction and when we would have our audience’s attention along the journey.
